APPROACH

Project Overview

  • Partnered with Snap Inc., Coinbase, Grammarly, and Fidelity to organize a curated networking event.
  • Each sponsor delivered a 5–10 minute presentation showcasing their platform and open roles to 300 attendees.
  • Following the networking event, we transitioned into a welcome party for 2,500 attendees, featuring a live musical performance by Lil Flip.

Partner with Amazon to support event logistics and consult on networking content for their bespoke networking event at AfroTech, designed to engage talent who passed the technical screen. The event was part of a three-day programming series Amazon created for their talent pipeline, leading up to candidate onsite interviews.

Enhance user engagement with Adobe tools among tech professionals and creatives, while fostering connections among the community.

  • Over 65 Black professionals and creatives participated, engaging in a hands-on Adobe Express workshop focused on creating social media digital assets.
  • A survey revealed that over 70% of attendees were previously unaware of Adobe's features. Following the workshop, they expressed interest in considering the platform for future use.
  • Collaborated with the Black @ Adobe ERG and the Director of Product & Growth to organize an Adobe Lunch Product session. Led by an Adobe ambassador, the event showcased inclusive tools and actionable strategies to enhance attendees' digital presence.
