Out Of Office is designed to strengthen community amongst Black and Latinx professionals, while also connecting our network to products and opportunities corporate sponsors offer. We engage our community through a series of exclusive experiences that ultimately bridge the gap between culture and corporations.

We host cross company programming for Black and Latinx professionals that significantly impact underrepresented talent retention and recruitment.

We actively collaborate with our brand partners to provide them with valuable feedback from our diverse community.
