The OOO Connect: ERG Summit is a unique event designed to unite diverse professionals from various companies, offering them the opportunity to connect, share insights, and adopt innovative practices to implement within their own organizations.
This summit centers around four essential pillars: Culture, Community, Career, and Commerce, with the following goals:
Foster professional growth and leadership development
Inspire and drive innovation within the technology industry
Expand the networks of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Provide ERG members with access to and visibility among industry thought leaders
On February 7th, 2025, we’re bringing the OOO Connect ERG Summit to New York City! Proudly sponsored by Uber and Google, this event will inspire, connect, and empower professionals dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion.
